SCHOOL INDUCTION PROGRAMME DAY 1

Induction is the support and guidance provided to novice teachers and school administrators in the early stages of their careers. Induction encompasses orientation to the workplace, socialization, mentoring, and guidance through beginning teacher practice.

We are the students of sabarigiri college of education, as part of our school induction programme we are go to Javahar H. S ayoor. We are the first year students of natural science ( greeshma.
Navami)together with other 4 students in physical science option ( soorya, amrutha, fathima and mahima). We enter the school at 9:15 am, on first day we meet school principal deepa teacher and handover our register book and she allot a place for these 5 days.
We get a class for observation. we are divided the data collection form for collect the data concerns with the school function and facilities. Collect the data with the help of staff.
Our seniors are trainees in the school.
At 3:30 we leave from the school
