World Leprosy Day (WLD) is celebrated on the last Sunday of January.

In 2023, World Leprosy Day is Monday 30 January. This international day is an opportunity to celebrate people who have experienced leprosy, raise awareness of the disease, and call for an end to leprosy-related stigma and discrimination.

The theme of World Leprosy Day 2023 is “Act Now. End Leprosy.”

This year's theme calls attention to three key messages:

Elimination is possible: We have the power and tools to stop transmission and defeat this disease.
Act now: We need the resources and commitment to end leprosy. Prioritize leprosy elimination.
Reach the unreached: Leprosy is preventable and treatable. Suffering from leprosy is needless. Under the guidance of Sreedevi miss we planned our fourth subject association activity on world leprosy day on January monday 30.The whole program is anchored by Reshma.Welcome speech is given by Reshma. Introduction is done by Pinky.Theme of this day is given by me.Neethu delivered history on Leprosy.Symptoms and causes are taken by Anjitha. Remedies and preventive measures was ellaborated by Greeshma.A video presentation is created by Shilpa and poster is prepared by Ameena.Finally the activity program concluded with vote of thanks by Navami.

TEACHING PRACTICE WEEK :2 MONDAY TO SATURDAY 25/09/2023 - 30/09/2023.   REFLECTION ON SCHOOL EXPERIENCE    On the first day, Monday, six of us teacher training arrived at the school at exactly 9 30 and after that we signed the register and then the second  period I had class 9 A which is my concern class.Today I taught one topic in that period " movements in Respiraton, inspiration and expiration " and then third period I got a substitution class on my concern class 9A also I taught one topic "role of alveoli in the process of Respiraton "After that I didn't get any periods so I did my words and went to serve lunch.
