REFLECTION ON SCHOOL EXPERIENCE
The school sub-district kalothsavam was held at Chadayamangalam school from the 13th to the 16th.
On the first day, on Monday, six of us teacher training reached the school exactly at 9 30 and signed the register. There were no classes as the sub-district
kalothsavam was staged in our school
Chadayamangalam MGHSS.We went to UPS school in Medayil in the morning to manage the program. We went to get the children to the program on time and collect the program numbers they need. We went to help the lunch committee. After exactly 3: 45 we signed the register and returned.
For the second day on Tuesday, 6 of us teacher training reached the school exactly at 9 30 and signed the register. Today me and Navami worked in two venues in our school. Here we stood to control the children who came to participate in the program. Today poetry recitation competitions and mono-acts were staged at these venues and after the programs we signed the register and returned at 4 o'clock.
For the third day On Wednesday for the third day, six of us, teacher Trelais, arrived at the school at exactly 9:30 and signed the register. Today we had work on stage eight and six and we stayed there till noon and then in the afternoon we stayed on stage seven and I observed all the remaining programs and there were food stores in different parts of the school where we stood to sell things.after the programs we signed the register and returned at 4 o'clock.
4th day thursday teacher training six of us reached the school exactly at 9 30 am and signed the register today was the last day of sub district arts festival today we had work in 3 4 venues then in the afternoon we had work in venue 7 where we all went and observed and arranged and organized the programs .after the programs we signed the register and returned at 4 o'clock.
On the fifth day Friday, six of us teacher training reached the school at exactly 9:30 and signed the register. As part of the four-day Sabzilla Kalatsavam, today the teachers were very busy in getting their children to different places and managing the rest of the program. That's why there were less teachers in the school today. So we got a lot of substitution periods.Today in class 9A which is my concern I got first two periods and I taught two topics there " formation and components of sweat" and"External structure of kidney " and also I got substitution periods in 6 and 7 in my concern class 8A and I taught two topics there "Taxonomy" and "Identification key--taxonomic key and dichotomous key".after the class we signed the register and returned at 3:45 pm
CURRICULAR AND CO-CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES
In this week the students 9A class were taught using of teaching manual from their 5th chapter from part 2 of their biology textbook. The topics are "formation and components of sweat" and "External structure of kidney "and 8A class were taught using teaching manual of 2nd chapter from part 2 of their basic science text book. The topics are "Taxonomy " and "Identification keys -- taxonomy key and dichotomous key ".
The reflective journals were also done this week
OVERALL REFLECTION OF CLASSROOM EXPERIENCE
The students of 9A and 8A classes were given teaching manual oriented activity based classroom experience. 2 teaching manual of 9A class and 2 teaching manual of 8 A were completed effectively. 8 charts were prepared for 9A class and 4 charts were prepared for 8A. Students were given followup activities like assignment.
REFLECTION ON EXTRACURRICULAR ACTIVITIES
The Subdistrict School Arts Festival which lasted for four days was managed very well by the school authorities and teachers and the children were given the necessary training to present the programs in a good manner. The students who came from different schools behaved very well.
